Subterranean termites can be small, but they are capable of a terrible amount of damage to the home. You can have subterranean termites if they come from the basement, stalk dirt, eat along the grain of the wood, and promote soft, rotten wood. They are most commonly found in the south, especially along the Hyderabad coast and throughout the southeast. Physically, these termites are easily confused with drywood termites, but most of the treatment practices are the same. Subterranean termites abound every March / April. If you see black insects flying that look like large ants, there is a good chance that you have subterranean termites. Subterranean termite treatment options:

Underground tubes of termite mud coming out of a wall

1. Poisonous bait
A specially designed trap for subterranean termites, this baiting system is designed for termite harvesting to bring home toxic baits instead of the structural wood of the house. Essentially, a termite colony can be trained to use the poisonous bait as the primary food source and ignore the wood above. Traps are buried around the foundation of the house and bait is inserted whenever termites appear. The benefit of these traps is that they mean less chemical exposure for the residents of your home. The downside is that these traps need to be looked at once a month and maintained constantly for their effect to work.

2. Fumigation
When the going gets tough, many people turn to the tent in their house. It means leaving the house for three days, taking animals and plants with you. Although fumigation is very effective, it is not a permanent solution. It does a thorough job of killing termites in the house, but does nothing to prevent a future colony from taking hold. This is clearly not the final solution. This particular treatment is only good for dry wood termites and not for subterranean termites and does not apply.

3. Final tree bark
Of course, it’s only natural to save the best for last. This all-in-one termite treatment kills both types of termites and keeps them away. It is also not necessary to take pets, children and plants out of the house for treatment. An annual inspection is enough to make sure everything is working as it should, and this inspection is part of the package. Treebark Final is just plain good at what it does.

Everyone has their favorite forms of pest control, but there is only one on this list that is effective, environmentally friendly, and effective. Sometimes it makes sense to pick favorites. https://www.pestcontrolhyderabad.com/pest-control-services/
